Investigation: 'Hidden' Destinations in Nigeria's Health Budget

The 2020 budget proposed by the Nigerian government includes appropriations for 20 health-related projects - but only for construction, with no funding for staffing. The Ministry of Health, which is reponsible for operating these new facilites, has been bypassed by this budgetary arrangement, according to an investigation by Dataphyte, a project of the Premium Times Centre for Investigative Journalism.
