Silence, Stigma are the Real Killers in HIV - Rwandan President

Close to 8,000 delegates have gathered for the 20th International Conference on Aids and Sexually Transmitted Infections in Africa in Kigali, Rwanda. The country's president Paul Kagame told attendees at the opening that shame discourages people living with HIV from learning and accepting their status and accessing the healthcare they need to live a full life.
