Exiled Burundi Opposition Alliance to Participate in 2020 Poll

The National Council for Compliance with the Arusha Agreement, CNARED, has said it plans to participate in the 2020 national elections which it said is the only way to improve conditions in the country which has been racked by political turmoil since President Pierre Nkurunziza ran for, and won a controversial third term in 2015.
