Ireland Moves Closer to Becoming the 81st Member of the AfDB

Ireland moved a step closer to becoming a member of the African Development Bank Group after a government delegation on Monday deposited ratification instruments during an official visit to the Bank's Abidjan headquarters. The delegation, led by Paul Ryan, Director, International Finance Division of Ireland's Department of Finance, included Patrick Mulhall and Renee Martin of the Department of Finance, and Laura Gibbons from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
