Nigeria Governors Told to Comply With Financial Autonomy Order

Nigeria's President Muhammadu Buhari signed an executive order on May 22, 2020, granting financial autonomy to state legislatures and judiciary. The president has reportedly delayed the implementation of Executive Order 10.
