Confusion, Frustration as Uganda's Public Transport Resumes

Nearly three months after public transport was stopped to control the spread of COVID-19, vehicles are on the road again. New regulations require that drivers are registered with the City Council, angering taxi drivers who say they were not given enough adequate instructions or time to learn new routes.
