Geingob Urges Namibians to Follow Covid-19 Rules During Holidays

Speaking during the latest Covid-19 briefing at State House, Namibian President Hage Geingob said he has observed "with great concern that Namibians are not following the Covid-19 regulations," the New Era Newspaper reported in a Tweet. "He urged those traveling for the festive holidays to always extra precautions and continue to observe social distance, sanitise hands and wear masks." He announced a limitation of 200 people maximum at public gatherings urged that all such gatherings to be hosted outdoors. He said the full economic impact of Covid-19 has yet to be determined
