Nigeria cannot build sustainable security without an understanding of of today's insecurity and implementation of "deep-rooted security and political reforms", Presidential aspirant Kingsley Moghalu told the annual gathering of the Nigerians in the Diaspora Organisation (NIDOA). Moghalu, a former depiuty governor of the Central Bank who also ran for president in 2019, said "Nigerians abroad should invest to install a government that your children can be proud to call home."
