Biden's Advisory Council on African Diaspora Engagement Launched

The President's Advisory Council on African Diaspora Engagement, one of the deliverables announced at the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit in December, has begun work afer a formal launch at the White House on October 30. During the swearing-in ceremony for the 12 members, Vice President Kamala Harris said the Council is indicative of the Biden-Harris administration's "interest in and commitment to partnership with Africa."
