Shell Sells Onshore Oil, Gas Stake In Nigeria

Shell UK is set to conclude its Nigerian onshore oil and gas interests, selling its subsidiary to a consortium of five mostly local companies for up to U.S.$2.4 billion. The oil giant will keep its offshore oil interests, writes Esther Rose for AllAfrica.
