Chinese VP Han Zheng in Kenya to Bolster Economic Ties

Chinese Vice President Han Zheng has arrived in Nairobi for a four-day official visit aimed at strengthening bilateral ties and expanding economic cooperation between the two nations. During his stay, the Vice President is expected to hold high-level talks with Kenyan leaders to enhance collaboration in key sectors, including trade, investment, and infrastructure development.

Kenya's Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi said the visit highlights a shared commitment to deepening cooperation. China remains one of Kenya's largest trading partners and a primary financier of major infrastructure projects, spanning roads, railways, and energy developments.
