A report on “indescribable” atrocities committed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo from 1993 to 2003, when tens of thousands of people were killed, and numerous others raped and mutilated by both armed Congolese groups and foreign military forces.  Also attached are replies to the report from Angola, Burundi, Rwanda and Uganda.
