At the Dadaab Refugee camp in the North Eastern part of the country where the Kenyan government has ordered the Somali Kenya border be opened to enable fleeing Somalis access humanitarian aid.

Prime Minister Raila Odinga made the announcement during a visit to Dadaab, where the government also re-opened the controversial IFO camp two to help cater for the influx of refugees in that region.
