Mr. Ntsekhe Moiloa, an economist at Argon Asset Management with extensive knowledge of Africa will be the keynote speaker at the upcoming Intra-Africa Business Executive Breakfast meeting. Mr. Moiloa is a rising star and one of the most prominent black economists in South Africa. His presentation will focus on macro-economic forecast: Central Africa region, and will be made during the Intra-Africa Business on Thursday, 23 October 2008 from 7h30am till 10h00am at the Hilton Hotel, Sandton.
The event will be devoted to business possibilities that are available in Central Africa . Central Africa is a core region of the African continent often considered to include such countries as Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo Brazzaville, Burundi, the Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Rwanda .
Doing business in the region requires a thorough understanding of the past, current and future economic conditions-An area of focus of Mr. Moiloa's presentation. Armed with relevant and up-to-date information, business delegates will be in a position to assess whether to penetrate or further strengthen their position in such a market.

1. Mr. Ntsekhe Moiloa has been an economist and portfolio manager with Argon Asset Management for a number of years, looking after fixed income mandates. He was trained as an economist, first receiving a bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College in the United States before proceeding to receive a master's degree from the University of Cape Town. He also holds industry qualifications including the designation of Senior Dealer in derivatives from the local securities exchange, as well as having obtained his Investment Management Certificate from the United Kingdom.
2. Ntsekhe initially spent over 6 years with Investec Asset Management in the investment team, where he was variously an equity and fixed interest dealer, an assistant portfolio manager in two investment streams, a principal derivatives dealer, and a risk and performance analyst. His exposure to the workings of the asset management industry extended beyond South Africa, and he has a keen interest in the economic development of the African continent.
3. Ntsekhe has been a regular contributor to various media. He has regularly given economic and business insight on Africa, on both radio and television broadcasts reaching throughout the African continent, and also to the print media. Within the past month he has also presented a course to senior personalities in the Zambian pension funds industry on various facets of pension funds management.
