As part of its reform agenda to strengthen and enhance the managerial capacity of financial institutions operating in Liberia, the Central Bank of Liberia (CBL) considers capacity building through the recruitment of competent, credible and experienced Liberians to work in the banking sector as very strategic to revitalization of the sector.

In this regard, the CBL is designing a database purposely to search, identify and include bio information on qualified Liberian bankers both at home and abroad. The database will serve as the reference point for future recruitment by existing and new financial institutions entering the country.

Interested individuals and especially those currently working outside of Liberia in senior and middle management banking positions, are therefore encouraged to assist us in this endeavor by submitting the below listed information:

  1. Name
  2. Date of Birth
  3. Educational background
  4. Sex
  5. Email address and/or telephone number
  6. Years of experience in the banking profession
  7. Specific area(s) of banking experience
  8. Names and addresses (including email) of last two banking-related  employers
