The Secretary-General of the Liberia Football Association (LFA) Isaac T.Z. Montgomery has been appointed by CAF in dual capacity to serve as Match Commissioner and Referee Assessor in The Gambia's 2023 AFCON Qualifier home match with South Sudan this Saturday, 4th June.

Mr. Montgomery will supervise a team of match officials from Burkina Faso that include Central Referee Hamidou Diero, Assistant Referee 1 Seydou Tiama, Assistant Referee 2 Oumar Sanou, and Jean Ouattara as fourth official.

The LFA scribe left Monrovia Thursday, 2 June to honor the 2023 AFCON Match Day 1 assignment scheduled at Thies Stade Lat-Dior in Senegal.

The Gambia is playing at the Thies Stade Lat-Dior Stadium in Senegal because their home ground does not meet minimum CAF's stadium requirements.
