Algeria: President of the Republic Takes Office for Second Term

The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune arrived Tuesday evening at headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic where he took office for a second term.

Last Saturday, the Constitutional Court announced the final results of the September 7, 2024 presidential election, won by Abdelmadjid Tebboune with 84.30% of the votes cast.
