Speaking before the United States House of Representatives Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, and Human Rights, Mr. Scott Eisner, Executive Director, Africa Business Initiative, U.S. Chamber of Commerce, spoke of the importance of developing mechanisms to promote U.S. business engagement in Africa. In his remarks, Mr. Eisner urged policymakers to pass the recently proposed, "Increasing American Jobs Through Greater Exports to Africa Act."
