Galole MP Dhado Godhana was arrested and arraigned in a Nairobi Court, where he faced two counts of incitement to violence charges in the Tana Delta region. The first time lawmaker was arrested shortly after President Kibaki ordered the immediate arrest of all leaders believed to have incited, funded or planned the skirmishes and retaliatory attacks that have so far claimed 115 lives, and left hundreds of Tana River residents displaced.
