On 11 October 2012 at 9:30 am, at the court in The Hague the plea will be entered in an unusual legal case – the case that four Nigerian farmers and Milieudefensie
(Friends of the Earth Netherlands) jointly brought against Shell in 2008 as the result of oil pollution in three Nigerian villages.
