Egyptian Protesters Take to Streets Against Mursi

Protesters gathered in Tahrir Square, some staging a sit-in. Security forces fired tear gas to disperse the crowds.

People are angry about a decree issued by the president, Mohamed Morsi that gives him near-absolute authority to rule.
