Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa, has told police in the North West to report those breaking the law. He urged officers not to be afraid to seek psychological help. Mthethwa was in Mmabatho, Mahikeng, visiting the Mohlala family. Morgan Mohlala was allegedly dragged next to a moving police car last week.
