Mashatile Cites Technical Delays to Develop Gomora Informal Settlement

The office of Gauteng Housing MEC, Paul Mashatile says there were technical and unintended administrative delays in giving the Tshwane municipality authority to develop the Gomora informal settlement area near Hercules, north-west of Pretoria. This as angry residents went on the rampage during a service delivery protest. Earlier the police used rubber bullets and teargas to disperse the crowd.
