A Jubilee lawmaker wants the Judicial Service Commission, the employer of judges and magistrates, to investigate the conduct of Judge David Maraga since his appointment as Chief Justice. This follow the Supreme court ruling to nullify Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election in the August 8 general election.
