Zimbabweans Angered by Mugabe's Refusal to Resign

Zimbabweans have been left angered and confused after President Robert Mugabe failed to resign. They had gathered around televisions in anticipation of Mugabe's resignation, but instead the embattled president said he would preside over Zanu-PF's next congress in December. The party says Mugabe has until noon on Monday to resign, or he will be impeached on Tuesday.
