Grand, Yet Costly Plan to Save Lake Chad
A report from an international conference on the state of Lake Chad, has prompted a decision to transfer water to the lake from the Congo Basin at at cost of U.S.$14,5 billion, according to Nigeria's Minister of Water Resources Suleiman Adamu.
