Atiku Meets Igbo Leaders, Pledges to Fix Nigeria's Economy

The presidential candidate of the People's Democratic Party in the 2019 general elections, Atiku Abubakar, says his commitment is to fix the ailing Nigerian economy. Atiku said during a meeting with Igbo leaders in Enugu that whether he eventually becomes president or not, he must fight to see that Muhammadu Buhari does not remain the president of Nigeria.

"Professor Ben Nwabueze is a patriot and Nigeria’s foremost constitutional lawyer. In a very emotional meeting in Enugu, he reminded me of the unfinished Nigerian Project. I assure him, and every Nigerian, that I'll keep my word". #AtikuInEnugu
