Fear Grips Mozambicans in Cabo Delgado As Attacks Continue

Four attacks have been reported in Macomia, Ancuabe and Meluco districts of Cabo Delgado province although there is a strong military presence. Since October 2017, attacks by unidentified gunmen have already claimed at least 160 lives but little is known about the armed group or its motivations.
