Reports of people from DR Congo being prevented from crossing the border into Uganda and choosing to enter the country illegally without being screened for Ebola have raised concerns that the disease may spread. This comes after humanitarian organisation Oxfam said the ongoing violence in the area makes reaching people with aid from within DRC extremely difficult.
