Kenyans Wary of Govt's Urgent World Bank Loan Request

According to the project document on the bank's website, the loan will enable the government to crowd-in private investment and financing for affordable housing, increase farmer incomes and food security and create fiscal space to allow the government to invest in key development programmes, among other things. Most Kenyans on Twitter are warning the World Bank that the money will be looted by cartels in the government.
