Malawi Constitutional Court Denies Ballot Box Inspection Bid

A panel of five judges has rejected an application by Malawi Electoral Commission to extend the inspection exercise of presidential ballot in the case where former Vice-President Saulos Chilima and Malawi Congress Party president Lazarus Chakwera are seeking nullification of the presidential results in the May 21 Tripartite Elections.
