Judge Declines to Quit Slain Kenyan Student Sharon Otieno’s Case

Lady Justice Lessit said claims that she was biased against Migori Governor Okoth Obado and two co-accused persons in the case had not been proven in the application for recusal. The three are facing charges of killing of Obado's girlfriend, Sharon Otieno, on the night of September 3, 2018 while she was seven months pregnant.
