Migori Governor Zacharia Okoth Obado is out on a bail with strict conditions that could see him lose his freedom should he breach them. He cannot go over 20 kilometres out of Migori County and must not intimidate Sharon Otieno's parents, siblings and any of her relatives while he waits for his Valentine's Day pre-trial conference.
