Bobi Wine Charged With 'Annoying' Ugandan President

Singer-turned-politician Robert Kyagulanyi, better known as Bobi Wine, has been charged with intending to annoy, alarm or ridicule Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni. The 37-year-old. who has announced that he will challenge Museveni in the 2021 elections, was in 2018 charged with treason for allegedly stoning Museveni's vehicle during an election rally in the northern town of Arua.
