'Arrest and Prosecute Pregnant Tanzania School Girls'
In Nkasi District, Rukwa Region, where reports indicate that more than 200 girls have dropped out of school in a period of six months as a result of teenage pregnancies, authorities are calling for their prosecution. In June 2017, President John Magufuli came under fire when he said schoolgirls who are pregnant will not be allowed back into public schools after giving birth.
