Panic Grips Market As Zimbabwe Dollar Plunges

The inflation-ravaged dollar has been collapsing against the greenback since it was declared the sole legal tender in June, as confidence in the local currency hits rock bottom. The southern African country is also battling serious cash shortages of its own currency coupled by critical levels of foreign reserves to sustain imported essentials such as fuel, medicines and electricity.
