VP Chiwenga Fires State Bodyguards As Rift With Mnangagwa Widens

Zimbabwe's ailing Vice President Constantino Chiwenga, currently recovering at a hospital in China, where he underwent two operations, amid poisoning fears, has dismissed security officials attached to him, fearing they were spying on him and giving his political rivals information on his recovery. Chiwenga's close associates say he was poisoned, although the vice president has not revealed the cause of his ailment.
