Kenyan Navy Retrieves Car, Occupants From Ocean After 13 Days

The bodies of a 35-year-old woman and her 4-year-old daughter whose car slipped off the ramp of the ferry in Likoni Channel have been pulled out of the Indian Ocean. The vehicle was retrieved in a combined effort of a multi-agency team that brought together divers and other experts from the Kenya Navy, Kenya Ferry Services among others.

The vehicle was pulled out at 4pm on Friday, October 11.
