Celebrity photographer Busola Dakolo had accused Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo from the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly of raping her twice, decades ago. Fatoyinbo denied all allegations. A high court judge dismissed the case, saying the charges should have been brought within the permitted six years of the alleged offence.
