Global Commitments at ICPD25 - What Happens Next?

There was resounding call from over 9,500 participants from more than 170 countries attending the watershed ICPD25 Nairobi Summit in Kenya: the conference's programme of action must be delivered in full. To this end, United Nations Population Fund Executive Director Dr Natalia Kanem announced that a new high-level commission would be created to drive the agenda of the International Conference on Population and Development.

In 10 years, the world could achieve three transformative results, at a price tag of only $264 billion, according to new research unveiled at the Nairobi Summit on ICPD25.
