Still a Chance for Peace In Libya - UN Official
A recent resurgence of violence in the capital city Tripoli, means the country is in "a race against time" to reach peace. However agreeing on the way forward to ending the conflict "is a realistic prospect", Ghassan Salamé, a special representative and head of the UN mission in Libya, told the UN Security Council.
