Uganda's Bobi Wine Takes Campaign Online to Avoid Crackdown

Ugandan MP Robert Kyagulanyi, popularly known as Bobi Wine, has resorted to carrying out presidential consultations online. The platform is his answer to the police regulations on public gatherings, after he and his supporters were arrested as they approached a consultation venue in the Wakiso District.
