Rwanda Writes to Kenya, Uganda Over Burundi Cargo Trucks Blockade

Rwanda's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has sent word to Kampala and Nairobi, informing them that Kigali has been left with no choice but not to allow in trucks headed for Burundi from the two East African neighbours. This follows Burundi's move to block entry of cargo trucks from different East African Community countries transiting through Rwanda leaving many business owners stranded. The blockade is likely to hurt cargo owners who are already challenged by the global epidemic of the novel coronavirus.
