Nigerian President Calls for Peace, Harmony in Kaduna State

President Muhammadu Buhari has urged citizens of Kaduna State to live in harmony, as development can only take place when energies are collectively channelled to building, instead of destroying life and property. Buhari also observed that the success of state governments in attracting investments, creating jobs, and increasing their internally generated revenues would be critical to the development of the entire country. Violence has been on and off in southern Kaduna since the aftermath of 2011 elections and authorities have failed to both end the violence or bring the perpetrators to justice.
