More Dying of Malaria than Covid - What Can Be Done?

International organizations working to sustain the dramatic reductions of malaria deaths across Africa are calling for a 'holistic' approach to intertwined crises in health, climate and environmental destruction.   Hundreds of thousands of people, mostly children, die of malaria every year and progress against the killer disease - which cut deaths in half - has stalled. Advocacy and health groups say Covid-19 should prompt an integrated response to make progress towards malaria elimination, even while Covid is tackled.
