Less Ka-Ching Sees 912 Kenyans Booted From Richest List

Data by Knight Frank for the 2021 Wealth Report shows that Kenya's high net-worth individuals (HNWI) dropped from 4,235 in 2019 to 3,323 in 2020, reflecting a 22% drop. The report also states that these individuals are worth over U.S.$$984,000. Sixteen Kenyans slipped off the list of Ultra High Net-worth Individuals (UHNWIs), a group that is considered super-wealthy. 17 % of UHNWIs in Kenya are planning to buy a new home in 2021, with Kenya as their most popular destination, followed by the UK, U.S., South Africa, and Canada, the report stated further.
