Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi has described the scenes at the Charlotte Maxeke hospital as hooliganism. This follows protest action by general workers that saw 31 medical operations disrupted and patients turned away. The workers are unhappy over unpaid bonuses and are demanding an increase of twelve percent. We apologise for the poor quality of the visuals.
