Kenyan President Awarded Prestigous Africa investor (Ai) Infrastructure Investment Award

Africa investor (Ai), a leading international investment and communications group, today announced that His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta, President of the Republic of Kenya, was named as Africa investor’s Infrastructure Personality of the Year.

The announcement and presentation was made at the Ai CEO Infrastructure Investment Summit that took place yesterday in Nigeria, ahead of the country hosting the World Economic Forum on Africa.

The award was presented by Hubert Danso, CEO and Vice Chairman of Africa investor, who said; “His Excellency President Kenyatta has displayed a unique capacity to engage and ensure the private sector participates and brings transformative infrastructure projects to financial close, with a keen eye on environmental sustainability through a renewable energy focus, regional integration and catalysing the jobs that will be created through each phase of the projects, from design, to maintenance of said infrastructure assets.”

The Africa investor (Ai) CEO Infrastructure Investment Summit is the calendar event and premier business development forum for infrastructure investors, sovereign wealth and pension fund managers, project developers, project sponsors and PPP policy makers.
