Signature Group attends ABAX Forum held in Mauritius on 14th of May, 2014. ABAX and Signature Group jointly held a panel discussion on investment in housing and real estate in Africa. Attended by about 100 guests including Mauritius’ top business executives, the panel discussion featured speakers namely; the Chairman of Signature Group, Pannkaj Agrrawal, Ben Padayachy - Deputy CEO of Mauritius - headquartered AfrAsia Bank, Murray Adair - CEO of BlueLife and Richard Arlove – CEO of ABAX.

Mr. Pannkaj Agrrawal shared his views, learnings and on the ground experience in the African market for the last 2 years and also indicated the recently unveiled projects of Signature in Mozambique in the affordable housing sector and the Iconic City Tower in Maputo.
Mr. Agrrawal, alongwith his senior management Mr. Anil Aggarwal and Mr. Anand Ramani shared insights about Signature group, RENT TO OWN model. Mr Agrrawal while divulging in brief as to how the model works, emphasized that this Model has potential to change life of millions in Africa and Mauritius as financial center, its Banks and other Industries in sector can immensely help Africa by providing the right platform for investors and institutions, who can take this model forward. Mr. Agrrawal ended the Forum with thanking the panelist, distinguished guests and special thanks to Afrasia Bank for their support at initial stages and to Abax for guiding them in right direction and for all the professional support.
