In October 2014, Signature Africa Ventures Limited (SAVL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Fundo Para o Fomento de Habitacao (FFH) to jointly develop an integrated township having a mix of retail, commercial and residential components for sale and rental purposes targeted at middle class segment.
This is to be developed on a land owned by FFH which is located in Zintava, Marracuene District in Maputo, Mozambique.
